We specialize in helping Philadelphia landlords and property managers obtain “Lead-Safe” Certificates to comply with the City’s new rental property Lead Paint Disclosure and Certification Law. We are committed to high-quality, prompt, and affordable service. Our goal is a customer-friendly, seamless, and stress-free lead certification process.

The owner is a Pennsylvania licensed real estate agent and notary public with several years’ experience working with tenants, property managers and property owners. We will work directly with you or your tenants to schedule a mutually convenient lead inspection, deliver results with a quick turnaround, and provide you with step-by-step instructions to submit your lead certification and inspection reports to Philadelphia Department of Public Health.

Our experienced Lead Technicians will conduct the lead safe test with the utmost care and professionalism. During the visit our technicians take preventative measures to avoid cross-contamination of lead with frequent hand hygiene, wearing gloves, and removing shoes/wearing shoe covers. Our technicians also adhere to strict COVID-19 safety precautions by wearing face masks and social distancing when possible. Your safety is our priority.
